Pressure Test - This is the starting point for any AC investigation in order to understand system behaviors and potential issues. 2. Refrigerant replenish - Over time vehicles can loose small amounts of refrigerant causing levels to fall below manufacturers specification which, in turn makes the system inefficient, can cause failure of crucial components leading to costly repairs. The system contents are recovered. 3. Leak Test to ensure airtight system. (replace perished o rings and core valves as required) 4. Perform a deep Vacuum in order to remove air/moisture from the system. 5. Recharge the system to manufacturers specification. 6. Deep cleanse of the evaporator top & bottom. This will remove all things nasty to ensure you and your passengers breathe clean air. 7. Replace Cabin filter. 8. Electrical test - Ensure all control elements cabin & under bonnet are operating correctly. 9. A dated certificate of Health (Similar to an MOT) provided as evidence of a clean, Healthy system.
